Benedikt Beckmann receives funding from the Boehringer Ingelheim Foundation

Benedikt successfully applied for three years funding with his project about "Cross-species RNA-protein complexes in infection". The projects aims to understand the interaction between the pathogenic bacteria Salmonella and the host cell in infection with special focus on cross-species RNA-protein interactions. Congratulations!

With its "Plus 3" funding programme, the Boehringer Ingelheim Foundation aims to support outstanding junior group leaders in Germany conducting basic research in biology, chemistry, and medicine.
